Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of domiciliary care services by our organization. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.


2. Services Provided

We provide home-based care services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Social care (companionship, errands, housekeeping, meal preparation)
  • Respite care
  • Nursing support (where applicable)
  • Medication reminders and basic health support

All services are delivered in accordance with agreed care plans tailored to individual needs.


3. Care Assessment

Before services begin, a care assessment will be conducted to determine the client’s needs and develop a personalized care plan. This plan may be reviewed and updated as required.


4. Service Availability

Services are provided based on agreed schedules. While we strive to maintain consistency, we reserve the right to adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff availability, emergencies, or external factors.


5. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees will be clearly communicated prior to commencement.
  • Payments must be made as agreed (weekly/monthly or per service).
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Additional services outside the agreed care plan may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges.
  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as agreed.
  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of abuse, unsafe conditions, or non-payment.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients and/or their families agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date health and personal information
  • Maintain a safe working environment for caregivers
  • Treat staff with respect and dignity
  • Secure valuables and personal belongings

8. Staff Conduct

Our caregivers are trained to provide professional, respectful, and confidential care. They are not permitted to:

  • Handle client finances (unless formally agreed)
  • Accept large gifts or loans
  • Perform tasks outside agreed care duties

9. Health and Safety

We prioritize the safety of both clients and staff. Services may be paused if:

  • The environment is deemed unsafe
  • There is risk of harm, infection, or abuse

10. Confidentiality

All personal and medical information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


11. Complaints and Feedback

We are committed to high-quality service. Any complaints or concerns should be reported promptly so they can be addressed in a timely and professional manner.


12. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Outcomes beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss or damage of unsecured personal belongings

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.


14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the country in which services are provided.
